Who You Are:

BH Cosmetics is seeking a contractor, recent graduate or current student to support our employment brand and recruiting initiatives while also gaining knowledge and information about beauty and cosmetics industry. Candidates should have a positive “can do” attitude and be hungry and eager to learn, while also helping the team by providing insight and new perspectives on showcasing the company and the many benefits it offers to employees.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Creating content and highlighting key differentiation that sets BH Cosmetics apart from competitors as a great place to work
  • Create and leveraging candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience
  • Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs, and schedule virtual interviews across multiple departments
  • Communicate with hiring teams to ensure an efficient recruiting process
  • Daily recruiting administrative support for the HR team
  • Assist HR and hiring managers with talent pipelining, proactive sourcing, resume review, and/or phone interviews
  • Proactively source key talent in the market through a variety of search methods (social media, internal database, Boolean searches, referrals etc.)
  • Passionately educate, excite, and sell candidates on both the opportunity and on BH Cosmetics’ unique culture
  • Strategize "out of the box" ways to build a talent pool and engage candidates

 

**Time commitment: 30-40 hours per week

**This is a paid internship/contract position and can also be for university credit if it meets your university's guidelines

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects in an efficient manner to meet all deadlines
  • Eagerness to build internal and external relationships
  • Experience in brand positioning and content creation
  • Strategic and innovative thinker
  • Proven computer proficiency with the Google Suite (drives, docs, sheets, slides, etc)
  • Passionate about in-house recruiting, employer branding and HR
  • Hands-on, efficient, and dynamic
  • Some experience in an HR, coordinating, or administrative function preferred
